Capability 03
Search visibility that compounds before we leave.
Technical remediation, entity coverage and editorial depth, sequenced so the gains have already started compounding by the time a retainer ends — not scheduled to arrive after.
The problem this solves
Search work that pays off after the invoice does
Editorial content is usually commissioned first and technical debt fixed last, which is backwards — a strong article on a crawl-blocked domain never gets read by the algorithm at all.
We run technical remediation first, always: crawl budget, indexation, structured data and site architecture, audited against what a crawler can actually reach rather than what a sitemap claims exists. Only once that foundation is sound do we move into entity coverage — making sure your organisation, products and people are described consistently enough for search engines to build a confident model of who you are — followed by editorial depth on the topics your category map says are actually searched.
That order matters because it determines who benefits when the retainer ends. Technical fixes and entity coverage keep compounding with almost no maintenance; editorial content needs a standing production line to keep pace with a category that keeps moving. We sequence the work so the low-maintenance gains land first, and hand over a documented editorial calendar for whoever inherits the rest.
The sequence
Foundation before volume
Weeks 1–4
Technical remediation
Crawl, indexation and structured data fixed against a live crawl, not a checklist.
Weeks 5–8
Entity coverage
Consistent description of who you are across every surface a search engine references.
Week 9 onward
Editorial depth
Content commissioned against the category map, with a production line documented for handover.
